2025 CEFA CORNERSTONE PICTURE DAY
Dear CEFA Cornerstone Parents
Alpina Photography is proud to offer daycare pictures this month.
We have scheduled picture days as follows:
November 26 and 27 for weekday classes.
November 29 for the weekend class.
Online booking will be available until November 23, 2025. Please ensure you book your child’s session by this deadline.
We will initially open bookings for November 26. Once that date reaches capacity, we will make November 27 available for reservations.
The Process
- All parents who would like their kids’ pictures taken on the picture day are required to book their pictures before the deadline, November 23, 2025.
- On the photo day, we will capture multiple poses with each child.
- Within 1-2 weeks from the photo day, you will receive a private online proof gallery in the email where you can choose your digital images and/or prints. At this stage, you will have option to order additional digital images or photo prints
- You are expected to choose your photos within 1 week receiving the proof gallery.
- Within 2 weeks after you select your photos, you will receive your retouched digital images in a private online gallery where you can download in full resolution. Prints will be available to pick up from the school.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking and payment of your child’s preschool photo is completed upfront.
Please note: During checkout, just click on the “continue with PayPal” button, then you will have options to pay with any credit card as well as your PayPal balance to complete payment.
- At Alpina Photography, we do our very best to capture happy, natural expressions from every child. However, little ones can sometimes have off days, and their mood may affect the outcome. While we aim for smiles, we cannot guarantee them. As such, photos cannot be rejected based on expression or personal likeness.
- The children who booked but cannot make it on the photo day due to sickness will be fully refunded.
- There will be no retake, but parents have the option to book a private session for their child from Alpina website. https://www.alpinaphotography.com/kids-photos/
- It is the parents’ responsibility to pick up the prints from the school.
