Your sweet little baby has grown from a fragile tiny newborn to a fun, playful baby and soon into a young little toddler, smiling, rolling over, sitting, crawling, walking and talking and starting to show their unique personality. I am here to capture your baby’s first milestones, documenting their growth in their cutest acts. The most popular milestones parents want captured are when babies start holding their heads up and smiling around 2-3 months, when they start sitting up around 5-8 months and when they start standing and walking at 12-14 months. It is my pleasure to capture your little one’s first wobbly steps or two baby teeth on the lower jaw when giggling to peek-a-boos. You can bring your baby whenever you want. Every day in a baby’s life is amazing and worth documenting.
Baby Milestone Session Info
Baby milestone sessions are done at our NW studio in Calgary. When it is summer we also do outdoors sessions, in a park of your choice. Session duration is 1 hr. You can bring your own fancy clothes or just shorts or skirts to cover the diaper. We also have a selection of baby outfits that you can use. A variety of props and decors are prepared for you before you arrive for your session. We will be discussing all details during our pre-session phone meeting. If you have other children, they are welcome to join the session for a few sibling photos.

When should I book my baby's milestone photos?
Your baby or toddler go through lots of milestones during first years of life. You can have your baby/child photographed at each milestone from newborn to preschool ages. Clients’ most preferred milestones are 3- 4 months when they start holding up their head, 6-8 months when they start sitting by themselves and 1 year cake smash and 2, 3 year milestones. Some clients bring their babies every month during the baby’s first year as they change a lot from month to month as for appearance and abilities.
What is pre-session phone meeting about?
We have a pre-session phone meeting with all of our clients to communicate the session type (indoor/outdoor), the location, the theme, style, props, preferred colors and clothing.
How to dress our baby/child for milestone session?
For babies up to 1 year, you can just bring shorts or skirts. Babies look awesome with nothing on top. Just accessories like necklaces and bow ties. Alternatively, you can use our kids wardrop.
What to bring to the baby milestone session?
You can bring your childs favorite toys to help him smile during the photo shoot. Baby snacks can help keep them engaged too.
What to expect after our session?
Within a week following your session, you receive a gallery of soft edited images. Then you choose your images that is included in your session and order the ones you would like to have additionally. Within a week from your selection, you receive your fully edited high resolution digital images in an online gallery where you can download for yourself and share with your loved ones.
Do you take outdoor baby photos?
Yes, during summer months, we love to do outdoor sessions with your little ones. We usually meet you at a park with some props. Timewise, we prefer to book late afternoon/early evening hours for more gentle sun light for baby’s skin.
