Have you just bought a new house or completed a big renovation and feel proud of your new place? It is one of the most exciting times when you move in a new house with your family. It’s a proud moment when you first sign a real estate purchase contract or a mortgage application. To celebrate this important milestone in your life, we offer professional photography service at your new place with your family. In those photos you can choose to showcase a happy celebration in front of your house, or your backyard, inside your home in close up or scenic pictures. We will be there to document this exciting event and freeze time to remember those days for years to come. We have three different options for home sweet home photo sessions where you can have a fun and happy experience that everyone will enjoy.

Home Sweet Home Session Info
Home Sweet Home sessions can be as brief as 15 min if you prefer a quick session or can be 30 or 45 min. if there is more that you want to cover in those photos. You can choose the location for your photo shoot at your new home. It can be on your porch, in front of the house to include the entire building in the picture, in the backyard or inside the house. You will get a picture at your favourite place of your home. If you have a specific request regarding your session, you can communicate this during pre-session phone meeting.
Pets are always welcome to join as they are part of the family, too!

Additional digital images that are not included in your package are $35/each. You can order them online from your private gallery.
By purchasing digital images, you receive a print release which grants you the right to print them at any lab you choose as well as sharing them online.

Gift Certificates
Home Sweet Home sessions make a perfect house warming gift for your family, friends and clients. All you need to do is to call us or send an e-mail where you let us know which package you would like, your name and the person’s name the gift will go to. Accordingly we will create a gift code to go on your gift certificate and send you a pdf or paper copy depending on your choice.
The session can be booked any time from the website using the gift code on the certificate.

How can we prepare for our home session?
Make sure that there is no unpleasant clutter around the house left from construction, and it looks tidy and clean. You can dress up the way you want. Fancy or everyday casual.
What time of the day is recommended for home sweet home session?
If your house is facing south with no shade, evening hours are the best. Otherwise it can be pretty much any time.
Does it have to be in front of our house?
If you book option one or two, yes, we usually take photos in front of your house. But if you book option three, you can have more areas covered including backyard or inside of the house.
What is pre-session phone meeting about?
We have a pre-session phone meeting with all of our clients to communicate the session type (indoor/outdoor), the location and style.
What if it rains on our photo shoot day?
Home sweet home sessions are booked all year round. If the weather is not cooperative on our shooting day, we can always reschedule it for the nearest possible date.
What to expect after our session?
Within a week following your session, you receive a gallery of soft edited images. Then you choose your images that is included in your session and order the ones you would like to have additionally. Within a week from your selection, you receive your fully edited high resolution digital images in an online gallery where you can download for yourself and share with your loved ones.
